only downside of this set is the fabricant can take a bad angle in open areas. that being said a little less spell damage and 1k less magicka for this fabricant is a good trade off.( high elf magsorc dps) leaving a pile of adds stunned comes in handy a lot. it was difficult to find. ran both dungeons and had to go buy a few pieces form traders throughout tamriel. i do have the armor and not the jewelry though i have seen 1 ring for sale. did have to spend a little bit but it was worth it. the the damage on the fabricant does work.

I’ve looked all over the internet and all over your Clockwork City guides and I still cannot find direct information on how to acquire the Mad Tinkerer’s Epaulets or the Mad Tinkerer’s jewelry. I am hoping you can help me. On this page (and many others that repeat your information), it says that Public Dungeon bosses have a chance to drop shoulder and hand pieces. Yet, the only “dungeons” available in Clockwork City are two Delves and a Trial.
The Trial does not drop the Mad Tinkerer’s set items according to your page on The Asylum Sanctorium Trial.
I have read in a few places elsewhere online that the Delves count as Public Dungeons; However, I have repeatedly killed the bosses in both delves and the drops are consistently waist and feet items only, just as you and others say will drop in Delves. I
t has made me wonder if there is some kind of glitch in ESO with the delve vs. public dungeon drops (if they do indeed overlap as has been suggested), because these bosses just are not dropping shoulder and hand pieces. As for the Mad Tinkerer’s Ring and Amulet, the information you have above says that the treasure chests that appear as rewards for defeating Dark Anchor bosses have a 100% chance to drop rings or amulets, yet Clockwork City does not have any Dark Anchors. This leads me to believe there is no reasonable way to obtain the Mad Tinkerer’s jewelry items. People in the guild stores are selling them, which means they do drop/appear somewhere, but the only two options I can think of —
1.) the obscure chance a regular overland enemy will drop them (not seen anything of the like happen yet, not with epaulets and jewelry) or
2.) the equally obscure chance an overland (or treasure map) treasure chest will contain them (also not seen happen yet with epaulets or jewelry) — are not appealilng options.
If those really are the only two means of obtaining shoulder and jewelry items for the Mad Tinkerer’s Set, what kind of odds are we talking about here? I’ve spent at least 30 hours running around Clockwork City killing enemies of all varieties and looting treasure chests any time I find them, and I have not run across any epaulets, rings, or amulets in the set yet. I just want to make sure I am not looking in all the wrong places. I’d like to be able to concentrate my efforts on doing things that will have a guaranteed payoff at SOME point. I did read somewhere that the Mad Tinkerer’s Set items are given as rewards for completing daily Clockwork City jobs/quests (a possible third option). I’ve completed a handful and while I have obtained some items from the set, epaulets, rings, and amulets were (you guessed it) not among them. Do you know if the daily jobs/quest rewards include all set items (weapons, armor, jewelry, etc.), or just some of them? And if they do reward all of them, what are the odds lower for epaulets or rarer items like jewelry? I have a lot of questions, I know.
And also a lot of***** luck. So, any help/insight would be appreciated. :-)

I run 5/5 Tinker and 5/5 Necro on a High Elf Sorc and I love this setup. Occasionally the Fabricant goes off in the wrong direction, but in tight Delves and Dungeons when this procs it mows everything over.

Anyone confirmed the 10I damage on the set? I sure didn't notice it and the clanfear gets caught on everything...

I obtained one of the jewelry items from a Daily Job (The one that ends with killing the THREE Big Ravens. ) I am now at 5 pieces. Hope this helps.
