AnonymousIs this cooldown for the caster, where you only apply one shield per 2s, or is it per target/recipient?
If it's per caster it doesn't scale for Trials but still has potential for dungeons. If it's per recipient, with 100% proc, then I think this set is underutilized across the board.

Someone below said there is no cooldown with the shield, can the shields add on to one another if they keep procing or does it just reset shield?

"When you heal a friendly target" ...does this proc occur if you were to use an ability like the Templar's spears, that also heal you?

2 secs cd for each target, work with any skill than heal your or your party, each shield reset the previous one. Is a good set for solo magplar.
