Thieves Guild Sets were added to Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) in March of 2016 with the Thieves Guild DLC. They can be acquired by defeating Bosses in the Maw of Lorkhaj Trial, or completing Quests, defeating World Bosses, and finishing Delves in the Hew's Bane zone. 

 

 

Maw of Lorkhaj Sets

Moondancer

(2 Items) Adds 1096 Max Magicka
(3 Items) Gain Minor Slayer at all times, increasing your damage done to Dungeon and Trial Monsters by 5%.
(4 Items) Adds 129 Spell and Weapon Damage
(5 Items) When you activate a synergy, you gain a shadow blessing that increases your Weapon and Spell Damage by 474 or a lunar blessing that increases your Magicka Recovery by 474 for 20 seconds. You can only have one blessing active at a time.

Twilight Remedy

(2 Items) Adds 129 Magicka Recovery
(3 Items) Gain Minor Aegis at all times, reducing your damage taken from Dungeon and Trial Monsters by 5%.
(4 Items) Adds 129 Spell and Weapon Damage
(5 Items) When an ally activates your synergy, they heal themselves for 7704 Health over 15 seconds and gain Minor Force, increasing their Critical Damage done by 10%. This effect scales off the higher of the synergy activator's Max Magicka or Stamina.

Roar of Alkosh

(2 Items) Adds 657 Critical Chance
(3 Items) Gain Minor Slayer at all times, increasing your damage done to Dungeon and Trial Monsters by 5%.
(4 Items) Adds 129 Spell and Weapon Damage
(5 Items) When you activate a synergy, you send a shockwave from your position that deals 318 Physical Damage and an additional 1590 Physical Damage over 10 seconds. Reduces the Physical and Spell Resistance of any enemy hit by the amount of your Weapon Damage for the duration, up to a maximum of 6000. The damage scales off the higher of your Spell or Weapon Damage.

Lunar Bastion

(2 Items) Adds 4% Healing Taken
(3 Items) Gain Minor Aegis at all times, reducing your damage taken from Dungeon and Trial Monsters by 5%.
(4 Items) Adds 1206 Max Health
(5 Items) When you activate a synergy, you create a lunar blessing underneath you for 8 seconds. The blessing grants a stacking damage shield every 2 seconds that absorbs 2737 damage per stack for you and your allies within 8 meters. The damage shield lasts for 4 seconds and refreshes every tick. This effect can occur every 20 seconds, and stacks up to 6 times.

(5 Items) When you deal damage, you have a 25% chance to create desecrated ground for 5 seconds, which reduces the Movement Speed of enemies within 3.5m by 60%, damages them for 349 Magic Damage every 1 second and heals you for 100% of the damage done. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds and the damage scales off your Maximum Health.

Syvarra's Scales

(2 Items) Adds 1206 Max Health
(3 Items) Adds 1096 Max Stamina
(4 Items) Reduces your damage taken from guards by 20%. (4 Items) Adds 1096 Max Magicka
(5 Items) When you deal damage, a burst of lamia poison that deals 149 Poison Damage in a 5 meters radius and an additional 1494 Poison Damage over 6 seconds to all enemies hit. This effect can occur once every 7 seconds and scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.

(5 Items) When you dodge an attack, you receive the blessing of Tava, generating 12 Ultimate over 3 seconds. This effect has a 3 seconds cooldown.

Clever Alchemist

(7 Traits)
(2 Items) Adds 1206 Max Health
(3 Items) Adds 1206 Max Health
(4 Items) Adds 129 Spell Damage
(4 Items) Adds 129 Weapon Damage
(5 Items) When you drink a potion you feel a rush of energy, increasing your Weapon Damage and Spell Damage by 675 for 20 seconds.

Eternal Hunt

(9 Traits)
(2 Items) Adds 1096 Max Stamina
(3 Items) Adds 129 Stamina Recovery
(4 Items) Adds 129 Stamina Recovery
(5 Items) When you use Roll Dodge, you leave behind a rune that detonates when enemies come close dealing 992 Poison Damage and immobilizing them for 1.5 seconds. This effect scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.
