Scalebreaker Sets were added to Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) with the Scalebreaker DLC in August of 2019. There are XX new Sets available from a variety of sources from Scalebreaker.

(5 Items) Whenever you deal direct damage, gain a stack of Resolve for 10 seconds. Each stack increases your Healing Taken by 1% and your Physical and Spell Resistance by 420. You can only gain one stack of Resolve every 1 second. You can only have up to 8 stacks of Resolve.

An enemy that has reached 20 stacks cannot be infected with Blight Seed for 2 seconds.

Maarselok's Visage

(2 Items) When you bash an enemy, you spew a cone of corruption, dealing 8000 Disease Damage to enemies over 4 seconds. This damage is increased by 5% for each negative effect the enemies have, up to 150% additional damage. This effect can occur once every 7 seconds.

      10 stacks instead of 20 in 5 seconds for the reaper. From reading it it will only proc from the wearers dots and not others but it will effect more than one target at a time. Still, 20 stacks would very rarely happen as most dots at max last for 16 seconds. Each second is 1 tick. Having 4 dots would give you 20 ticks in 5 seconds but the seeds expire after 5 seconds. You would then need of your own dots to use this armor. This means you would have all dots on your bar including ultimate just to have this proc one time. If its purged or the dots are purged then the set wont proc or wit will be delayed...its a nice idea but the stacks are too high it needs to be at least 10 stacks anything lower would make it OP and anything higher makes it useless with purges.
