Been trying to get this damn shoulder from the chest for over 2 weeks now (with 3 characters - 2/4 keys each). Is everyone sure thats the correct chest or am I just incredibly unlucky?

Maybe the helmet, yes, but shoulders can drop even from Silver Pledge chest, I got one, and I don't have any DLC.
Getting this mask is the hardest think I've ever done in my life. I neither have dlc nor premium. It's premium trial time until tomorrow. So I wanted to get this mask. I queued up for veteran dungeon. It took me 6 hours to complete it. I am broken, crying out loud and bleeding from my eyes. F*ck you Velidreth.
