While toggled on, the Health cost of this ability increased by 360 per stack and you cannot be healed by anyone other than yourself.
Criminal Act
Blood Frenzy is a Skill in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). This Skill is found in the Vampire Skills Skill Line and can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar. Skills can be reset at Rededication Shrines found in the capital cities of each ESO faction, for a tidy sum of gold.
Blood Frenzy Morphs
This Skill can be morphed into two different versions:
Simmering Frenzy - Increases the Weapon and Spell Damage granted per stack.
Sated Fury - Reduces the ramping Health cost and when you toggle the ability off, you heal for a portion of the Health cost you spent.
