This set was made to work with the new Murkmire "Mender's Ward" weapon set restro staff which gives 3 seconds of Major Vitality when you cast Steadfast Ward. Essentually, you'd cast Steadfast Ward and would get all 3 buffs: Major Vitality, Minor Vitality, and Minor Mending. Personally as a PvP healer, I like one set for resource management, like Seducers, and my second set to be a buffing set, like Spell Power Cure or Transmutation. So for me, it really comes down to if Naga Shaman has more impact on the team than Transmutation in PvP, or Spell Power Cure in PvE lol. Maybe if Naga Shaman were to /also/ put these two buffs on the ally getting the ward instead of myself, similar to Mender's Ward putting Major Vitality on whoever gets the ward; however, Naga Shaman is self only.
Not the best but still really good until you get end game sets.
