      There is one thing not clear for me. "When you deal damage". When an enemy is bleeding, poisoned, whatever, is it ME dealing damage, or is it the effect itself ? Because that makes a world of a difference in situations where you stack DoT...

        At maximum output, this equal to 252 magicka per second, or equivalent to 504 magicka recovery (since it's every 2 seconds). I wonder if that'd be enough to make it a potentially useful set for people wanting to build around vampirism's Mist Form skill?
