Unleash a pestilent Flesh Colossus to pulverize enemies in the area. The colossus smashes the ground three times over 3s, dealing 986, 1085, and 1083 Disease Damage with the first, second, and third smash.
Dealing damage applies major vulnerability to enemy hit for 12 seconds, increasing damage taken by 10%.
