Artifacts in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) are special Weapons that players in Cyrodiil can pick up that swap out their current Skills for that of the Artifact. These Weapons give the players special abilities and are akin to the Emperor buffs players get when becoming Emperor. These items will spawn randomly and only one player can wield them at a time. All players will get a notification of where it has spawned, once it does, and then whoever gets it first can use it. The new Update 4.3.0 has added five new artifacts.
