Sinweaver in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) is an Artifact that can be wielded by players in ???. This Artifact will be added to the game with the Update 4.3.0. When a player wields it, the artifact lends the wielder magical fire damage and drains the stamina of those the artifact has hit.

Sinweaver Lore
"Argoth, a wizard, enlisted the Fighter's Guild to invade Blackheart's base, the Ayleid ruin of Arpenia, and to retrieve the Sinweaver. Tough and ferocious warriors were deployed to the ruins, but Blackheart successfully held his ground and won the battle. Fifteen guild members died including the son of Guildmaster, Vilena Donton, and many were injured - Argoth then sought help from the Blackwood Company to finish the job.
However, the company turned against Argoth and somehow made a deal with Blackheart; the deal was for Blackheart to give the Blackwood Company the Sinweaver and to leave Arpenia in exchange for paying Blackheart off and providing information for Argoth's location - Blackheart agreed and killed the wizard, retrieved his weapon and moved to his base to Atatar, not far from Arpenia.
The Fighters guild second-in-command Mordyn Oreyn, together with a new recruit investigated the abandoned ruins of Arpenia hoping to find a way to defame their rival, the Blackwood Company. As Oreyn's suspicions proved correct as they found the area clean from any signs of battle, the two then made their way to nearby Atatar - they found the area being guarded by Blackheart's bandit allies. The two then fought their way, confronted Blackheart and killed him, avenging their fallen comrades. Oreyn then took Azani's ring as proof that the Blackwood Company had not completed the contract, and the Sinweaver was retrieved by the recruit."
