- High atop the shrouded Barrow. - Without entering, find Skyshroud Barrow (target for quest “What Waits Beneath”) and look for the largest altar and a large rock near the entrance door. Behind this rock is the shard.
- A Hollow victory beyond the iceflows. - to the right of ORKEY'S HOLLOW .
- To dig too deep would be no Folly. - Inside Hozzin’s Folly cave, which you need to wear Frostedge Bandit Disguise and enter from the West. It's heavily guarded so bring a disguise. Once inside, go Southwest

#3 you have to start a quest to get disguise and entry to cave . Quest giver along road north of area.

Skyshard #3 is NO LONGER inside of Hozzin's Folly. It is just outside the entrance to it, and no longer requires going into the mine!
