Ritual of Change is a quest in Elder Scrolls Online. It is part of the Murkmire DLC.
Quest Information
Though I've gathered all the tablets, the Xinchei-Konu remains powerless. Jekka-Wass Vozei wishes to perform a ritual to help the monument regain its magical properties, but needs the help of his mentor Nisswo Paraxeeh to do so.
