Firmness is a Companion Skill in Elder Scroll Online (ESO), Added with Blackwood Chapter. You can unlock Companion Skills by gaining experience. You can talk to your companions to check their available skills.
Like your own character, companion skills can be categorized as Class Skills, Weapon Skills, Armor Skills, Guild Skills, and Racial Skills. They can slot up to 5 normal skills and 1 Ultimate skill. Different companions will have different class and racial skills, depends on their class/race.
Each companion skill has a cooldown of several seconds. Companions can cast each skill as it comes off cooldown according to the skill order assigned on the companion skill bar.
