The Thief is one of the three Greater Constellations in Elder Scrolls Online. It contains the three minor constellations: The Tower, The Lover and The Shadow. These are all part of the Champion System that was part of Update 6. Every third Champion Point you gain, you will get to spend a point in one of these three minor constellations. The Thief is also a Mundus Stone and provides the player with increased Critical Strike chance.

In the Champion System in Elder Scrolls Online, it provides the player with passive abilities that increase Stamina, lower the cost of abilities and significantly improve the skill Bash. There is also a Mundus Stone that when activated, increases the players Stamina.
Players may spend up to 100 points in each Passive Skill (Star) in this constellation, for a total of 400. Diminishing returns are a factor here. As the player puts more and more points into a star in this constellation they will get less and less benefit.

Reduces the Stamina cost of Sprinting by [0-35]%.
Bashing Focus
Reduces the Stamina cost of Bash attacks by [0-35]%.
Warlord
Reduces the Stamina cost of break free by [0-25]%.
Ensnare
(Unlocks at The Tower Rank 10) Grants a 33% chance to reduce an enemy's Movement Speed by 20% for 3 seconds any time you hit them with a Bash attack.
Inspiration Boost
(Unlocks at The Tower Rank 30) Increases Inspiration gain by 20%.
Mara's Gift
(Unlocks at The Tower Rank 75) When killed heal all allies in a 8 meter radius for [x].
War Mount
(Unlocks at The Tower Rank 120) Improves your mastery with mounts, removing all Stamina cost outside of combat.

Wind Running
(Unlocks at The Lover Rank 120) Increases your Movement Speed and Mounted Speed at all times by 2%.
Also increases Health and Magicka Regeneration by 10% while sprinting.

Treasure Hunter
(Unlocked at The Shadow Rank 75) Increase the quality of items you find in treasure chests.
Shadowstrike
(Unlocked at The Shadow Rank 120) After killing a target with a Heavy Attack, enter Stealth for 2.5 seconds. This can only happen once every 5 seconds.
