Survival Instincts is a star within the Constellation Fitness in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). Each constellation has 4 slots for certain passive skills, and you can swap passives any time out of combat.

This was added with Flames of Ambition DLC in March 2021.
Effects
While afflicted with a status effect, your core combat skills cost 5% less per stage. (Add to champion bar to activate. 5 stages, 50 pts)
