Cobalt is a material used for Jewelry Crafting in The Elder Scrolls Online. Cobalt can be found in reward boxes from Jewelry Crafting writs. Those writs may also contain survey maps, where you can find rich nodes for the material.

- Arcane: Increases Maximum Magicka by 30.
