Increases your movement speed by 1% and your Physical and Spell Penetration by 300.
Rank II - Unlocked at Bosmer (Wood Elf) 35
Increases your detection radius in Stealth by 2m
Increases your movement speed by 3% and your Physical and Spell Penetration by 600.
Rank III - Unlocked at Bosmer (Wood Elf) 50
Increases your detection radius in Stealth by 3m
Increases your movement speed by 5% and your Physical and Spell Penetration by 950.
Hunter's Eye is a Skill in Elder Scroll Online. This Skill is part is found in the Bosmer (Wood Elf) Racial Skills Skill Line and can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar. Skills can be reset at Rededication Shrines found in the capital cities of each ESO faction, for a tidy sum of gold.
