How to obtain Hall of the Lunar Champion Estate
- Finish the main story quest Two Queens of the Elsweyr Expansion. And you will be led to your new (!FREE!) Large house.
- You will get a hall with 3 blocked portals. These portals can be unlocked by stone slabs which will be spread all over Elsweyr and maybe in quests aswell.

It is the reward for the 4th Elsweyr MSQ called, "Two Queens" not the final quest.

Do you NEED the DLC for the dungeons to attain the scalebreaker scout achievement? I have elswyer and the hall of the lunar champion but I can't access the dungeons.
