Walkthrough
- Talk to Quintia Rullus at the Alliance Rally Point in the Elven Gardens District.
- Burn five Legion Zero ballistae.
- Find a Barrel of Tar and use it to destroy the Great Forge
- Return to the Alliance Base and speak to Quintia.
