• Watchwoman Mandalime
• Watchman Yannodil
• Watchman Vinenoldil

Walkthrough

• Talk to Watch Captain Astanya.
• Help both Advisor Norion and Steward Eminwe patch holes in Vulkhel Guard's security.
• Return to Astanya, then find Watchman Heldil.
• Enter the suspect's house and witness the confrontation.
