      according to alcast off-balance lasts 7 seconds with a cooldown of 22 seconds on bosses. If there are no adds to set off-balance (which you might have to attack directly with e.g. 2handers), you will have at least 5 seconds every 22 seconds without the 5pcs bonus buff. Armor of truth has the same condition and up time for stamina users. Hope this helps with your decision :)
