Springtime Flair is a special Holiday Events Quest for the Jester's Fesival in The Elder Scrolls Online.

- To unlock this quest. You will need to find Jester Queen Ayren outside Vulkhel Guard, Ebonheart or Daggerfall and to complete the quest " The Jester's Festival" (March-April)
- This quest is part of the three different daily quests available during the Jester's Festival Holiday Event.
- You can go to the marked zone and approach the quest icon then interact to automatically use the petals.
"Jester Queen Ayrenn has tasked me with enforcing cheer at her festivities by finding any festival goers who aren't acting the spirit of things and pelting them with flower petals. First, I need to locate grumps in Vulkhel Guard and toss these Petal Pelters at them."
