This special recipe is a quest reward for completing the Tasty Tongue Varnish quest in the Clockwork City. As part of a questline, players must also complete Tarnished Truffles.

- Ingredients: Dwarven Oil (1), Fish (1), Bervez Juice (1), Water Hyacinth (1)
