Imbue your weapons with soul-stealing power, causing your Light and Heavy Attacks to restore 1438 Health for 20 seconds. Fully charged Heavy attacks restore twice the value.
Siphoning Strikes is a Skill in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). This Skill is found in the Siphoning Skills Line which belongs to the Nightblade Class and can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar. Skills can be reset at Rededication Shrines found in the capital cities of each ESO faction, for a tidy sum of gold.
Siphoning Strikes Morphs
This Skill can be morphed into two different versions:
Leeching Strikes - This ability now also restores Stamina via Light and Heavy attacks, and when the ability ends.
Siphoning Attacks - This ability now also restores Magicka via Light and Heavy attacks, and when the ability ends.
Champion Points That Affect Siphoning Strikes
- Blessed - It increases the effectiveness of any healing you initiate
- Quick Recovery - It increases the effectiveness of healing received

AnonymousIf i cast Siphoning Attacks with a bow, then change to another weapon, do i lose the effect or it will last the 20s with the new weapon?

Siphoning attacks is different now. The morph now restores up to X additional magica when the effect ends, based on the length of time it was active.

It means while you activated this Ability you deal lesser Dmg. But it heals you. Simple Trade :P
