Shadow of Sancre Tor is part of the Main Quest in The Elder Scrolls Online.

Shadow of Sancre Tor Bestowal

• This quest is obtained in The Harborage by talking to The Prophet

"Sai Sahan has recovered from his experiences in the the [sic] Halls of Torment and is ready to guide me to the Amulet of Kings. He hid the artifact in Sancre Tor, an ancient Imperial catacomb."

Objectives

• Talk to Varen Aquilarios in the Harborage.
• Talk to Sai Sahan.
• Travel to Sancre Tor.
• Confront Mannimarco.
• Talk to Sai Sahan.
• Listen to Mannimarco in the Sancre Tor Inner Chamber.
• Defeat Mannimarco's minions.
• Talk to Sai Sahan.
• Consecrate the shrines in the Dragonguard Tomb and the Reman Vault.
• Listen to Mannimarco in the Vault Antechamber.
• Continue to the Vault of Kings.
• Talk to Sai Sahan.
• Open the Vault of Kings.
• Defeat Mannimarco.
• Take the Amulet of Kings.
• Talk to Varen in the Harborage.

Note:
Start Configuration: From left to right facing the bridge, levers 1 to 4. Original position is - Down Up Down Up. If you already messed with the levers, just log out to character select and then log back in.
Do the following: Press lever 3 up, then lever 2 up and then lever 1 down. After doing this, all 4 levers should be facing down.

Defeat Mannimarco
Main thing to watch out for is Mannimacro's life drain (Death's Gaze) which you need to interrupt (hold down both left and right mouse buttons when you get near him). He also have a big AoE attack you should try to dodge out of as well.
