Psijic Portals are a special random event type included in the Summerset chapter.
Psijic Portals are invisible to the untrained eye - only those with the "See the Unseen" passive, granted as part of the Psijic Order Skill Line, can see these portals and interact with them. Psijic Portals appear rarely, in similar places to those one might expect to find Enchanting resources - near ancient ruins, destroyed buildings, and other relics of the past. Psijic Portals contain items based on the location you find them in.
Psijic Time Breaches are a special NPC Guild related content in Elder Scrolls Online. Added with the Summerset Chapter and available in Summerset Isle and Artaeum, the Portals present an opportunity for players to rank up with the Psijic Order NPC Guild.
Psijic Time Breach Locations
Hints: When entering a Time Breach area, the voice you hear when you enter each area hints to the location by mentioning a physical object for a small riddle. If you are good at these riddles it makes the search significantly quicker.

psijic PORTALS and psijic TIME BREACHES are TWO different things. Quit listing the breaches as portals please!!!
Can this be split into two pages, please? One for Psijic Portals that spawn gear and one for the Psijic questline that requires players to find and close "time breaches" that look a bit like portals. This quest is giving people some headaches and this would help tremendously.

Psijic Portals can drop motifs from outside a particular zone; I got an Outlaw motif in Wrothgar

The psijic portals are absolutely random and there are no specific spawn locations. When it spawns it will replace a resource node to include treasure chest. Your best chance of locating them is to go resource farming. It can spawn in any location at anytime on any map where any resource node can be found. Your best chance of locating them is to farm the areas on maps that generally have a lot of resource nodes or treasure chest when no one else is around.

Wrong information. These are Psijic Time Breaches locations, not Psijic Portals.

These are not psjijic portals, they are the locations of the time breeches required to level up the psijic skill line. The portals share the same nodes as enchanting runes, and can appear anywhere an enchanting node appears, if you have the psijic skill line.
Do psijic portals respawn??
