An outfitter hireling will send you cloth or leather and possibly other items every day.
Rank II - Clothier Rank 12
An outfitter hireling will send you more cloth or leather and possibly better items every day.
Rank III - Clothier Rank 32
A miner hireling will search for resources for you.
A new delivery from your hireling can be claimed the next time you log in or change zones, provided it has been no less than 12 hours since the last bundle.
Outfitter Hireling is a Skill in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). This Skill is found in the Clothier Skills Skill Line and can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar. Skills can be reset at Rededication Shrines found in the capital cities of each ESO faction, for a tidy sum of gold.
