Living Death Skills for the Necromancer Class in ESO, added with the Elsweyr Expansion: Draw from the power of life and death to replenish and restore your allies. Reanimate your defeated comrades and keep them in the fight. The announcement of the class was followed by preview events and pre-release Skills for Necromancer's Living Death Line are as follows

While you have a Living Death ability slotted, you critical strike chance with all healing abilities is increased by up to 10% in proportion to the severity of the target's wounds.
Rank II - Living Death Rank 27
While you have a Living Death ability slotted, you critical strike chance with all healing abilities is increased by up to 20% in proportion to the severity of the target's wounds.

Corpse Consumption
Rank I - Living Death Rank 22
When you use an ability on a corpse, you generate 5 Ultimate. This effect can occur once every 16 seconds.
Rank II - Living Death Rank 36
When you use an ability on a corpse, you generate 10 Ultimate. This effect can occur once every 16 seconds.

Undead Confederate
Rank I - Living Death Rank 39
While you have a Necromancer summon active, your Magicka and Stamina Recovery is increased by 100
Rank II - Living Death Rank 50
While you have a Necromancer summon active, your Magicka and Stamina Recovery is increased by 200

Fyi I have been summoning the mender in front of people and guards and have gotten no response, so it might not be a criminal act anymore.

would be nice if the necromancer could summon an undead to fight for him via toggle like the sorcerer with their daedra pets and wardens with their spirit bear. otherwise don't consider calling this class a necromancer when elder scroll lore showed necromancers had armies of undead that didn't fall over dead after 16 seconds.
