Grow vines to embrace you or the lowest Health ally in front of you for 10 seconds. The vines heal the target for 718 Health each time they take damage. This effect can occur once every 1 second.
The vines apply Minor Lifesteal to enemies that damage the target for 10 seconds, healing you and your allies for 600 Health every 1 second when damaging that enemy.
Minor Lifesteal is applied to the attackers.
Leeching Vines is a Skill in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), this skill can be found and is a part of the Green Balance Skill Line. It can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar. Skills can be reset at Rededication Shrines found in the capital cities of each ESO faction, for a tidy sum of gold.
