Horns of the Reach Sets were added to Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) in August of 2017. The Horns of the Reach DLC added 8 new Sets from 2 new Dungeons: Bloodroot Forge and Falkreath Hold. Out of these 8 Sets, 2 are Light, 2 are Medium, 2 are Heavy and 2 are Monster Helms. Superior versions of these Sets drop from Normal difficulty bosses, while the Epic versions drop on Veteran. You can only obtain the Monster Helms from defeating the last boss on Veteran, while the Shoulders are obtainable from Urgalarg Chief-bane's Chest (randomly) by using Undaunted Pledge Keys.

Ironblood

(5 items) When you take damage, you have an 8% chance to turn your blood into pure iron and gain Major Protection for 10 seconds, reducing your damage taken by 30%, but your Movement Speed is reduced by 50%. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds.

Domihaus

(2 items) When you deal damage, you have a 15% chance to create either a ring of fire or a ring of molten earth around you for 10 seconds, which deals 1000 Flame Damage or 1000 Physical Damage every 1 second. Standing within the ring grants you 200 Spell Damage or 200 Weapon Damage. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds.
