Rank I - Restoration Staff Rank 5
You gain Major Mending for 2 seconds after completing a fully-charged Heavy Attack, increasing your healing done by 16%.
You also heal yourself or an ally within 12 meters of the target for 25% of the damage inflicted by the final hit of a fully-charged Heavy Attack.
Rank II - Restoration Staff Rank 34
You gain Major Mending for 4 seconds after completing a fully-charged Heavy Attack, increasing your healing done by 16%
You also heal yourself or an ally within 15 meters of the target 50% of the damage inflicted by the final hit of a fully-charged Heavy Attack.
Essence Drain is a Skill in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). This Skill is found in the Restoration Staff Skills Skill Line and can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar. Skills can be reset at Rededication Shrines found in the capital cities of each ESO faction, for a tidy sum of gold.
