Rank I - Draconic Power Rank 22
Increases Health Recovery by 2% for each Draconic Power ability slotted.
Increase range of your instant melee attacks by 1 meter. This effect only applies to instant cast attacks with a 5 meters range.
Rank II - Draconic Power Rank 36
Increases Health Recovery by 5% for each Draconic Power ability slotted.
Increase range of your instant melee attacks by 2 meters. This effect only applies to instant cast attacks with a 5 meters range.
Elder Dragon is a Skill in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), this skill can be found and is a part of the Draconic Power Skill Line. It can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar. Skills can be reset at Rededication Shrines found in the capital cities of each ESO faction, for a tidy sum of gold.
