Dragonguard Scholar is an Achievement in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). Achievements grant in-game points and sometimes special rewards including Furnishings, Titles and Dye colors. You can track your progress by visiting your journal, and finding the relevant section. Playstation and Xbox players can also unlock platform-specific Trophies and Achievements by completing some of these tasks.
Dragonguard Scholar Information
Read all 13 Dragonguard plagues in the hidden Akaviri shrine known as Dov-Vahl Shrine.
WARNING: If you do not do this during the quest, you'll have a hard time getting back in. The only known workaround is to port to someone who is inside the location and doing their quest.

You are supposed to complete this achievement in the Elsweyr main quest line. The location of Dov-Vahl Shrine is at the southwest of The Stitches.

Return to the location of the shrine - SW of the stitches. Just go right in. You DO NOT need to enter the shrine proper. Just the passageways and maze to the left as you enter. All the plaques to read are in there.
