- Mixed set that needs stat consideration as you can trigger either one of the proc mounts.
- PvP players will get the most use out of this as there's a big heal but you can also get the damage proc.

This set isn't good for PvP accept for the heal, which there are far better ways to get healing. The damage on it takes 2 seconds to actually DO the damage, AND it's a damage over time so not really all that great...unless you can perfectly time a stun. Otherwise they just dodge roll out of it. Too much luck.

How does that work with skills that do both damage and healing, such as the necromancer's scythe ? Will Honor proc twice ? Only once but with one random effect ?
