Breton are a Race in the Elder Scrolls Online. The proud Bretons of ESO are the leaders of the Daggerfall Covenant faction, and enjoy alignment to magical properties. Players can select a race during character creation, and different races have different bonuses and associations. Players can change their race by purchasing a Crown Store item.
"The men and women of High Rock were once ruled by High Elf overlords. Some Elven blood still runs in their veins, giving Bretons an innate grasp of magic that distinguishes them from the other human races. Passionate and flamboyant, intelligent and resourceful, the Bretons are renowned and talented craftsmen, shrewd merchants, gallant cavaliers, and inventive wizards. They can also be proud and quarrelsome. Tales of warfare between the kingdoms of High Rock account for much of their history, but most revere the Eight Divines and value prosperity over glory. "

Breton Racial Skills
Breton Racial Skills in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) are gained as the player increases his or her Character Level. Players will continue to gain Racial Passives until they reach level 50, which where they will cap out the Skill Line. Each Race has their own set of Skills that make them unique and better suited for certain roles and Builds. Be sure to study these when planning your character, as they can make the difference between a good player and a great player.
Breton Racial Passives
Bretons have a heavy focus on Magicka, and thus make very good Magicka-based DPS or Healers. The cost reduction of Magicka abilities, in combination with the Magicka Recovery gives them excellent sustain, allowing them to DPS or Heal longer before needing to use a Potion or Heavy Attack to regain Magicka. The Spell Resistance is also nice to have, as it helps keep them alive longer, particularly in PvP. If you know you want to play a Magicka Build, this Race is a fantastic choice.

So, from what I am seeing, AD and EP have at least one race that has no "not good" role ratings (Khajiit and Dunmer), but DC has none.
Seriously underrated race, especially when compared to an Altmer MDPS Templar, Warden, and (likely, based on what I’ve seen of their abilities) Necromancer. I’ll take speedy regen and reduced cost for spam casting over a bit more damage any day

looking at the Breton Racial Skills and the other races racial skills, i think the Breton needs a buff.
i personally feel the bretons should be a balance between physical warrior skills and elven magic in terms of racial skills
