Bound Aegis is a Skill in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), this skill can be found and is a part of the Daedric Summoning Skill Line. It can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar. Skills can be reset at Rededication Shrines found in the capital cities of each ESO faction, for a tidy sum of gold.

God this skill is terrible. Just what I need a bad defense boost! Seriously why not just make this have orbs of like lightning damage that work like the much much better stamina versions? And make it give you the boost to light attacks. Or at least bring back the daedric armor so it's not boring as hell.
