Barrier is a Skill in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). This Skill is found in the Support Skills Skill Line and can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar. Skills can be reset at Rededication Shrines found in the capital cities of each ESO faction, for a tidy sum of gold.
Barrier Morphs
This Skill can be morphed into two different versions:
Replenishing Barrier - Shielded allies gain Health Recovery.
Reviving Barrier -Each time a ward dissolve, you restore Ultimate and Magicka.

If anyone is interested - this skill still procs only one shard from Tincarac's Valor; which is a pity. I imagined shards near all the allies; oh well.
Still, my fav skill for my healer/damage dealer light mage templar. Aesthetically the best shield.
