In my opinion one of the best personal use houses in the entire game. Inside you got 3 stories, all in the high class alinor style of things, multiple rooms to work with without overwhelming you with space. Outside a nice balcony with a beautiful view and a potential personal garden plot. Probably the biggest feature of this house though is its close proximity to absolute everything, there is a wayshrine right outside the front door, respec shrines in a church next to the wayshrine, a handful of guild traders near the wayshrine, the bankers also near the wayshrine, and a short walk away the stables and the crafting area with crafting daily turn-in right next to it. On a personal level I love the architecture of the high elves, specifically alinorian, and I love how crisp their lands are and the clear waters, I especially love fishing there in particular for the bottles you can fish up exclusively there. 9 out of 10, only two things it is missing is the capability of being a large home or guild hall and quality of life writ voucher turn-in proximity.
