Walkthrough

• After turning in Siege Warfare to Taralin at the Siege Range, she will give you the quest Reporting for Duty. Head to the Scroll Temple of Mnem, north of the Siege Range. Speak to Protector Arfire who will give you information of the Elder Scrolls. 
  After that, head back to Eastern Elswyer Gate and talk to Grand Warlord Sorcalin. He will speak to you about the war in Cyrodiil. 
  Speak to General Thoron nearby. He will give you information about the Bounty and Scouting boards and missions. 
  Speak to General Atahba. She will speak to you about Battle and Warfront missions.
