Rank I - Vampire Rank 8
Reduces the severity of the Health Recovery determent in Vampirism stages 2 through 4. Stage 2 no longer reduces your Health Recovery. Stage 3 reduces Health Recovery by 25%. Stage 4 reduces Health Recovery by 50%.
Unnatural Resistance is a Skill in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). This Skill is found in the Vampire Skills Skill Line and can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar. Skills can be reset at Rededication Shrines found in the capital cities of each ESO faction, for a tidy sum of gold. The skill was removed from the game with the Greymoor Expansion Patch.

Anonymousat stage 4 vampirism, level 33, and all points on mana i had 109 health regen before taking this passive, after taking this passive i have 218. so, it's not particularly good.

So it seems like the penalty reduction is a flat -25% (so 0% penalty @ stage 2, 25% penalty @ stage 3 and, 50% penalty @ stage 4) However, Constitution's effect is applied as though your base health recovery was unaffected. Haven't tested the interaction with potions.
