The Heart's Desire is a quest in Elder Scrolls Online.
Quest Information
The scholar, Neramo, has a problem. One of his less savory competitors, Artisan Lenarmen, stole his Dwemer control rod, and seeks to use it to find an ancient artifact. I must stop Lenarmen before he discovers the secret of Nchulefthingth.

I delved into this wuest in search of a skyshard and realized that I bit off more than I can chew. I hate to say it, but I'll have to wait to get into a formidable group before taking on this dungeon and getting the skyshard.
