        Aspect of Terror needs to be updated. Base: Fear up to 3 targets for 2 seconds. Mass Hysteria: Fear up to 6 targets for 2 seconds. Manifestation of Terror: Traps take 2 seconds to arm & last for 30 seconds. // When triggered, fears up to 6 targets for 3 seconds.

          If your movement penalty while sneaking is ignored for some reason(Stage 4 Vampire with perks or Night's Silence Set), and you got Concealed Weapon slotted, would you have faster movement speed while in sneak mode than normal movement??
