Riposte is a star within the Constellation Warfare in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). Each constellation has 4 slots for certain passive skills, and you can swap passives any time out of combat.

This was added with Flames of Ambition DLC in March 2021.
Effects
When you block an attack from an enemy within 7 meters, your next direct damage attack made within 5 seconds deals 33% additional damage. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds. (Add to champion bar to activate. 50 pts)
