Exposed enemies cannot return to stealth or invisibility for 4 seconds.
While slotted you gain Major Protection, reducing your damage taken by 10%.
Revealing Flare is a Skill in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) This Skill is part is found in the Support Skills Skill Line and can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar. Skills can be reset at Rededication Shrines found in the capital cities of each ESO faction, for a tidy sum of gold.
Revealing Flare Morphs
This Skill can be morphed into two different versions:
Lingering Flare - The flare lasts longer.
Blinding Flare - Exposed enemies are also stunned.
