Rank I - Heavy Armor Rank 2
Increases your Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance by 114 for each piece of Heavy Armor equipped.
Rank II - Heavy Armor Rank 10
Increases your Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance by 229 for each piece of Heavy Armor equipped.
Rank III - Heavy Armor Rank 30
Increases your Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance by 343 for each piece of Heavy Armor equipped.
Resolve is a Skill in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). This Skill is found in the Heavy Armor Skills Skill Line and can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar. Skills can be reset at Rededication Shrines found in the capital cities of each ESO faction, for a tidy sum of gold.
