Would have been more useful if the 5 piece bonus also gave 1/2 of the difference between max magicka and stamina, magicka and stamina regen, and magicka and stamina reduction. But do to the fact that if you spec into a stamina build you have bonuses in max stamina, stamina regeneration, reduced stamina costs, and cp invested into increasing your physical/poison damage... and all this will not carry over to your magicka abilities. Or vice versa. Perhaps you spec'd for the magicka alternatives, and that doesn't carry over to your stamina abilities. Anyway, point is, this set is quite bad and you'd be much better off speccing into one side of the spectrum or another, and leave this set uncrafted.

I want to choose one of Willow's Path and Pelinal's Aptitude sets
is it "Your Weapon Damage and Spell Damage both become the highest of the two values." too effective?
or I should choose "Increases your Health, Stamina and Magicka Recovery by 15%."?

Set would be better if 5 piece gave highest of magicka/stamina or better yet all abilities scaled of the dmg+max of the higher stats

This is perhaps the sole set that can make hybrid builds possible. If you can figure out the best way to go about it. That is to say, getting the most Spell Damage or Weapon damage from other sets. NOT AND, OR... ORRRRR. Meaning if you can get more spell damage extra, you can convert it to weapon damage. murrrrr
unfortunately this set does no longer exist. it has been changed to Penial's wrath which works differently from Penial's aptitude.
