Mountain's Blessing
Rank I - Earthen Heart Rank 22
When you cast an Earthen Heart ability, you and your group members gain Minor Brutality for 10 seconds, increasing your Weapon Damage by 10%
If you are in combat, you also gain 2 Ultimate. This can only occur once every 6 seconds.
Rank II - Earthen Heart Rank 36
When you cast an Earthen Heart ability, you and your group members gain Minor Brutality for 20 seconds, increasing your Weapon Damage by 10%
If you are in combat, you also gain 3 Ultimate. This can only occur once every 6 seconds.
Mountain's Blessing is a Skill in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), this skill can be found and is a part of the Earthen Heart Skill Line. It can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar. Skills can be reset at Rededication Shrines found in the capital cities of each ESO faction, for a tidy sum of gold.
