Master-at-Arms is a star within the Constellation Warfare in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). Each constellation has 4 slots for certain passive skills, and you can swap passives any time out of combat.

This was added with update 30 in 2021.
Effects
Increases your damage done with direct damage attacks by 3% per stage. (Add to champion bar to activate. 2 stages, 50 pts)

There is no master at arms anywhere in this tree. WTH is going on?

I can't find this star at all I've searched everywhere in the tree and I can't find it. Was it removed?

I'm pretty sure it's because Alcast plays on PC with update 30...for consoles update 30 arrives in 3 days from now on and probably update 30 adds master-at-arms. I play on PS4 aswell and don't have this perk :)
