Summon a mote of magelight, revealing stealthed and invisible enemies around you for 5 seconds. Exposed enemies cannot return to stealth or invisibility for 4 seconds.
While slotted, you gain Major Savagery and Major Prophecy, increasing your Weapon and Spell Critical rating by 2629.
Magelight is a Skill in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). This Skill is found in the Mages Guild Skills Skill Line and can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar. Skills can be reset at Rededication Shrines found in the capital cities of each ESO faction, for a tidy sum of gold.
Magelight Morphs
This Skill can be morphed into two different versions:
Inner Light -Also increases your Max Magicka while slotted.
Radiant Magelight -Reduces the cost and increases the radius of the reveal. You also prevent the stun and reduce the damage from stealth attacks while slotted.

So here is a good question I really wish to know.
If you activate a dot on first bar w/o inner light,
then you swap bar to one with inner light,
does that first dot get the extra 10% crit rate or no?
